DESIGN

Consult our design specialist to create your very own project unique to your ideas and interests. Our minimum Design Fee is $450 which includes on-site meeting, design, and document booklet delivery. The service rate is $450min, or $90 / HR should hours billable exceed 5HRs. 

Additionally, we offer Design Service to home owners whom wish to construct the project themselves, in which case we provide supporting Layout Dimensions & Material List.
